XNR-400C型熔體流動速率測定儀是根據(jù)GB/T 3682的試驗方法，用于測定熱塑性高聚物在高溫下的流動性，如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、ABS樹脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龍氟塑料等高聚物。XNR-400C型采用工業(yè)PLC可編程控制器，液晶操作平臺，溫度控制采用單獨的溫度控制單元LED數(shù)碼顯示。該機采用主機控制和計算機顯示操作相結合雙重控制，自動控溫從操作方法上分為手動、時控、自動三種切料方式,能夠實現(xiàn)質量法（MFR）和體積法（MVR）兩種試驗方法；該機能夠測得原料在試驗溫度下的熔融密度，系統(tǒng)同時具有溫度校準功能，系統(tǒng)可執(zhí)行試驗數(shù)據(jù)的存儲和打印功能。該機是目前國內(nèi)同行業(yè)中機型，操作簡單、運行穩(wěn)定、可長時間進行試驗，深受用戶好評。
The XNR-400C melt flow rate meter is based on 3682 test methods for the determination of GB/T, fluidity of thermoplastic polymers under high temperature, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, poly formaldehyde, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon and other plastic fluorine polymer. XNR-400C based on industrial PLC programmable controller, LCD operating platform, temperature control using a separate temperature control unit LED digital display. This machine uses the host computer display control and a combination of dual control, automatic temperature control from the operation method is divided into manual and automatic time control, three kinds of cutting method can realize mass method (MFR) and volume (MVR) of two kinds of test methods; the machine can measure the temperature of the melt density of raw material inspection in the test, the system also has the function of temperature calibration, system can execute test data storage and print functions. The machine is the current domestic industry in the high-end models, the operation is simple, stable operation, can be a long time to test, by the user.
